due to the company's rich experience, we use mechanical intermittent mechanism for positioning, and its positioning accuracy can reach the level of 0.2mm at high speed, which is faster than the high-frequency positioning accuracy of servo drive. Both methods have their own advantages and disadvantages. During punching, each operation can only be carried out one line at a time. It is more suitable to use the products with small specifications and large production batches. For wood die cutting, we use the new steel bar bending experimental machine produced by our company, which is a four row method designed for the new standard gb/t1499.2 ⑵ 018, The length of each die cutting is between 300mm and 400mm, and it can reach 150 times per minute. This method has a process of manual tearing and cleaning after the product is offline, but it has the characteristics of low cost of cutting tools and rapid variety change. However, no matter which method is selected, the printing speed can reach 35m~60m or higher, and there will be no flexographic printing failure
