Encourage enterprises to extend the industrial chain by developing methanol downstream industries such as new chemical materials, fine chemicals and new energy, improve the nearby conversion rate of methanol and enterprise competitiveness, and promote the overall technical level of methanol industry to reach or approach the international level in the same period
